US Projects Associate, 2-5 years, US International Law Firm, New York
 
Our client’s New York office is hiring a projects associate (class of 2015 to 2018) to handle project financing and project development transactions.
 
You will help structure, negotiate, execute and manage project- and corporate-level debt and equity transactions in the global energy and infrastructure space. Experience with international energy and infrastructure projects and transactions, particularly in renewable energy, is required. You will have experience in drafting and negotiation of financing/M&A documents for domestic and/or international project transactions, as well as project contract and project development experience. You will develop expertise in areas such as tax equity, securitized products, institutional term loans, bank debt & analysis, as well as asset management and reporting.
 
You must be admitted to practice in New York.
