Our client’s Intellectual Property Practice is hiring a litigation associate (1st to 3rd year) with an Electrical Engineering (EE) or related degree to join their San Francisco office. 
You will handle all aspects of patent, trade secrets and other intellectual property litigation (including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, and trial), and develop and maintain strong business and client relationships. You will work with all attorneys in their practice section throughout the country and interact directly with clients based in the U.S. and internationally.
 
You must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
