Former G&S client founded boutique firm with former colleague, and due to practice growth over the past six months, they now seek to add a third associate to their team. This more junior lawyer will join a mid-level associate that we placed at the firm this summer. The ideal profile is an entrepreneurial-minded associate with 1-3 years of hands-on litigation experience to assist small to mid-size businesses in a wide range of litigation and investigations matters. Work will include preparation of briefs, legal research, managing discovery, preparing subpoenas, evidentiary analysis, and sitting 2nd chair for court appearances in state and federal courts. Disputes are primarily in the areas of employment and government contracts related litigation (two very marketable practice areas in the DMV).
