Squire Patton Boggs, a multi office international law firm, has an opening in its Columbus, Ohio office for a highly motivated paralegal with transactional experience to assume significant responsibilities in its real estate finance and transactional practice group.  Successful candidates will possess excellent writing and organizational skills and have experience with real estate transactions, real estate finance and due diligence.  Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent law firm experience required.
