The work runs the gamut, including drafting sanctions policy papers and export license applications, investigations, export control program assessments and supporting M&A transactions. You may also gain experience with anti-boycott issues if you desire.
 
Requirements: The associate must have 1-5 years of international trade experience from either a top-flight law firm or the federal government.  Additionally, the associate must possess the academic credentials found in AmLaw 100 associates.
