US Patent Litigation (Life Sciences) Associates, 1-8 years, New York
 
Our client, a US International Law Firm, is seeking  a patent litigation associate for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of relevant patent, IP, and/or commercial litigation experience. Undergraduate or graduate degree, and/or academic or industry experience, in biology, chemistry, or similar life sciences field, preferred. Interest in life sciences a must. NY bar membership preferred, but out-of-state candidates welcome.
 
Their nationally recognized patent litigation group represents both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the US, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings. Their clients range from startups to established stalwarts in the technology and life sciences industries.
