PH101520: Attorney/Temp-PT, VIRTUAL for 3-4 months. Review, revise, negotiate of a wide variety of contracts. Likely 2 days a week with possibility of 3 days a week. Days of the week are flexible. Hours are 8:00AM to 4:00PM, but flexible.
 
The primary responsibilities in this assignment will include review, revision and negotiation of various contracts (e.g. marketing, sponsorship, events, information technology, and other vendor services agreements). The preferred candidate also needs experience interacting with business teams regarding contract related strategic business counseling.
 
Prefer candidates possess a NJ law license, active and in good-standing with no disciplinary history. Three professional references are required.
