Devine Goodman & Rasco, a business litigation and transactional boutique law firm, is seeking a highly qualified third- through fifth-year attorney to join its commercial litigation practice.
The right applicant will be a member of the Florida Bar who responds with a résumé that describes experience litigating commercial and business matters in state and federal court, a law school transcript that evidences academic excellence, and writing samples that demonstrate an ability to research and write at the highest levels of legal practice. The candidate must also be admitted to or be eligible for admission to the Southern District of Florida. In addition to these essential characteristics, proficiency in the Spanish language is required.
We are looking for an ambitious lawyer who wants to contribute to our team from the first day by appearing in court, preparing winning briefs, conducting depositions, and trying cases.
