Our client has opportunities for Associates (junior, mid and senior-level) and Counsel within this robust group (no portable business required) in several cities including Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh and Raleigh. 
 
Candidates must possess top academic credentials and have at least two years of transactional experience in a large law firm environment. Ideal candidates will have private equity experience, however, M&A attorneys wishing to transition to private equity work will be considered as well.  Responsibilities will include assisting on/running deals (experience level-dependent) in the $20M - $200M range as well as providing day-to-day counseling to portfolio companies.
