AmLaw 30 firm with a Chambers-ranked patent litigation practice seeks a Junior/Mid-Level Associate with a degree in EE, CS or Applied Mathematics.  Prior BigLaw experience and top credentials required. 
This robust and nationwide practice includes district court and appellate litigation, PTAB proceedings, ITC matters, and arbitration. There is also an opportunity to go to trial. Client industries include software/hardware, cellular technologies, and electronics, to name a few. You will have a meaningful role in all phases of litigation, taking on as much responsibility as you can handle or would like – from pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, hearings, pre-trial and trial, mediation, and through to settlement.
