A prestigious Tampa boutique law firm representing local and national businesses is seeking a litigation associate attorney with 6+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation. Franchise litigation experience would be a plus. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable managing a caseload and able to assist a busy partner in mentoring younger associates in a heavy litigation practice. Florida Bar memberships is required. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and include a benefits package, 401k, and annual bonus.
