Our client, an established and well‑respected boutique firm in Atlanta, is seeking to hire a corporate/transactional attorney on a temp-perm basis for their robust transactional practice.  Qualified candidates will have 3+ years’ of broad corporate/transactional experience, including expertise with business formations, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions and business matters.
