Our client, a Chicago boutique firm with a growing corporate practice, is seeking a mid-level corporate securities associate to join their expanding team.  The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of transactional securities experience, including ’33 and ’34 Act and Blue Sky filings, public company reporting, stock exchange listing rules, corporate governance & transactions (including M&A), and debt and equity financing.  Strong academic record and an exceptional business acumen required, with the demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement complex projects and work collaboratively.  The firm boasts sophisticated work in a boutique environment.  This is a rare opportunity to get an outstanding work-life balance in a partnership track position, while also taking on meaningful client relationships in substantive and complex matters.   While the law firm has offices in Chicago and NYC, the firm is open to a candidate sitting anywhere in the US and working full-time remote.
