Our client, a fast growing company in the health and wellness industry is seeking to hire a Vice President – General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience. Desired candidate will have expertise with a broad range of matters including public securities, mergers & acquisitions, sophisticated corporate transactions, licensing, litigation, regulatory, and associated matters. Candidates must have experience working for a publicly held company, preferably experience earned at a rapidly growing company in the consumer packaged industry. Hired attorney will report directly to CEO and CCO/CFO and will be responsible for managing the legal team, leading/directing negotiations, and handling substantive legal matters.
