TRIAL DIVISION
SUPREME COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU
 
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau is seeking applicants for a Part-time Associate Justice Position.  The Part-time Associate Justice will assist the Supreme Court in instances where none of the full-time resident Justices of the Trial Division is able to hear a case due to a conflict, or where the Chief Justice determines that the services of such part-time Justice are needed.  This Justice will sit and preside over cases, both civil and criminal, before the Trial Division of the Palau Supreme Court.
 
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience practicing as a licensed attorney.  The Supreme Court prefers applicants with significant criminal and civil litigation experience who demonstrate a superior work ethic and job performance, total commitment to the law, and unimpeachable integrity in professional and ethical conduct.  All applicants must disclose any disciplinary proceeding of which they have been a subject.
