Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Philadelphia office for a senior associate or counsel to join its Corporate Practice Group. Candidate must have first-hand experience in drafting and reviewing venture capital investment documents, commercial contracts, confidentiality, consulting, material transfer, master services license, clinical trial and research agreements, ideally with knowledge/background in the life science sector. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of legal industry experience with a background in Delaware and Pennsylvania corporate laws. Prospective candidate will exercise flexibility, be able to work independently, engender client confidence and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
