Public Utility and Energy Associate (minimum 2 years of experience) - South San Francisco

THE POSITION
 Adams Broadwell Joseph and Cardozo seeks an ambitious and diligent attorney to join our energy and utility practice. Candidates must have at least two years of experience representing clients before the California Public Utilities Commission and the Legislature. 
We offer a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and highly qualified attorney interested in taking the lead in CPUC proceedings relating to energy policy issues, including electric and gas safety and reliability, energy resource planning and procurement, rate policy, transportation electrification, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and wildfire, climate change and resiliency, in addition to rate cases for the electric and gas utilities.  
 Experience with oral argument, examining witnesses, discussions with policymakers and other parties, and evaluating policy is essential. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, are required.
