A seventy-five lawyer law firm headquartered in Providence, RI, with offices in Boston, MA, Newport, RI, and Manchester, NH, representing local, national and international clients in a wide-range of complex legal matters seeks a Chief Operating and Financial Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will have primary responsibility and authority to lead and administer the firm's finance, human resources, information systems and technology and facilities. The successful candidate should be a CPA, or have an MBA, or both, effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and a minimum of five years of experience in law firm administration.
