 Our client's Washington, D.C. office is looking to hire an experienced patent attorney to join its expanding biotechnology practice. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related field.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of biotech litigation, prosecution, PTAB and/or opinion experience. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
