 Our client's Bay Area offices are looking to hire a junior and mid-level transaction tax associate. Ideally, the candidate will have at least one or two years of experience dedicated to tax-related work on transactions, including M&A, capital markets, finance, partnerships, etc. Tax associates can sit in either the San Francisco or Menlo Park offices.
Our client’s Bay Area tax lawyers work with the firm’s corporate lawyers across their U.S. and international offices.
