Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo is now accepting applications for a Labor Law Attorney with at least two years of experience in California.
THE POSITION
Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo seeks an ambitious and diligent attorney to join our growing union-side labor practice. Candidates must have at least two years of traditional labor law experience. Prior experience representing Building Trades unions and familiarity with construction industry pre-hire collective bargaining agreements is desirable. Other relevant experience includes knowledge of public works contracting and competitive bidding laws, prevailing wage and other labor standards compliance and enforcement, apprenticeship programs and regulation and labor arbitrations.
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, excellent analytical, research, writing and speaking skills, and outstanding attention to detail. Candidates should also share the firm’s commitment to socially beneficial work. The position is open in either our Sacramento or South San Francisco office, combined with remote work.
