Fox Rothschild LLP is looking for an associate to join its renown employment practice in the New York office. This associate will have the opportunity to join our unique practice representing some of New York’s most popular restaurants and boutique hotels. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of employment/labor litigation, strategic employment and traditional labor advice and counseling experience. Motion and brief drafting and court appearances are required. Deposition, mediation, arbitration and/or trial experience is preferred.  The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Large law firm experience preferred. All candidates must have strong academic record, excellent legal research and writing skills, and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
