Our client’s New York office is seeking an associate (class of 2018 - 2016) to join their Private Equity Investment Funds practice. Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience managing substantial components of fund formation transactions with private investment funds in the private equity industry. Candidates should be experienced with private placements under the 33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act and have exposure to the Investment Advisers Act.
