The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of sophisticated experience with M&A and securities law. Qualified candidates will have deep knowledge of corporate transactions including structuring complex acquisitions and public and private securities offerings. SEC reporting and corporate governance experience also required. Some experience with the Investment Advisors Act is preferred.
