Our client's Chicago office is seeking a highly qualified junior Associate with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join its Tax group. Candidates can expect to work on a wide variety of transactional, structuring and planning tax matters, including with respect to private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, inbound and outbound investments, hedge funds, financial instruments and derivatives, and real estate investments.
