Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an associate in the Real Estate Department. The associate can reside in any of the Firm’s 27 offices. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, both in New York City and nationally, with at least 2 years practicing in a law firm setting in New York City. Experience must include commercial leasing in industrial, office and retail space as well as acquisitions and dispositions of properties in New York and elsewhere. NYC Air Rights transactions and construction licensing a plus. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York, and in the state where the office resides. Large law firm experience preferred.
