The Construction Group comprises skilled litigators and transactional lawyers. Many of our lawyers have been rated by their peers as leaders in the field of construction law. We represent clients in all aspects of construction projects varying in sizes and complexity and have teamed with members of high-profile construction projects throughout the country and the world.
Qualified candidates will have four to six years of experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation in construction matters, as well as experience with commercial, business or construction litigation matters. Admission to Massachusetts bar is required.  Top academic credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
