The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3years of litigation experience. Prior experience in labor relations work,including collective bargaining, grievances and arbitrations, is preferred butnot required. Candidates must have strong communication, research and writingskills, an excellent work ethic, and the ability to develop and executepre-trial approaches, exercise sound judgment and think creatively. Candidatesmust be admitted to the New Jersey bar (and a New York bar license is alsostrongly preferred).
