Our client, a well-established Fortune 100 company, is seeking to hire an Assistant General Counsel of Commercial & Technology Transactions to support their software business group.   The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of legal experience at a leading law firm or technology company.  Candidates should have expertise with commercial contracting in enterprise on-premises software and for SaaS, PaaS, cloud, data and analytics, IIoT (internet of things) and related services.  Substantial experience with US laws, including areas involving cloud, platforming, SaaS and data/privacy matters, is required.
