Employment Law Attorney - Workplace Investigations

TEMPORARY/AS-NEEDED: A company in the health care industry is seeking an experienced employment law attorney to conduct workplace investigations on an as-needed basis. The investigations will involve the initial claims filed by employees. The attorney is needed to conduct investigations, interview witnesses, draft reports, and provide recommendations. The client is emphasizing that the attorney must be able to complete the investigation once started.
Please note:
1. These investigations are generally remote, but some travel may be required, depending on the particular investigation.
2. The attorney must be comfortable conducting video interviews,
3. The client anticipates about one investigation per month, maybe every other month.
4. The client is requiring some health care related investigation experience.
5. The client is looking for an attorney who can commit to being available for the long run and not just for an immediate investigation.
