Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 Firm, seeks two attorneys to join its Business Transactions practice group in its New York, NY, Stamford, CT, Hartford, CT or Boston, MA office.
Robinson+Cole's Business Transactions practice group represents clients in a broad range of corporate, strategic, financial, and commercial transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions; venture capital debt and equity financings; joint ventures; corporate governance; and significant commercial agreements.
Qualified candidates will have three to five years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.  Experience with securities law and capital markets transactions would be helpful, but not required.  Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Admission to the bar in which the attorney is resident is required. Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
