This leading international law firm seeks an experienced patent litigator with 3-7 years of experience in federal district court and PTAB proceedings.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience with ANDA and Hatch Waxman matters, particularly therapeutics cases – and will want to be a part of a winning trial team. A technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred; top credentials and prior BigLaw experience is required. (This is an unpublished search led by Garrison & Sisson working exclusively with the partners in this practice group).
Working across offices, this talented team boasts trial and appellate victories for a wide range of clients across numerous sectors (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software/hardware, electronics, social media, clothing and retail).
