Employment Law Attorney - Federal Government

TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME:  A federal government agency in Washington, D.C. is considering assistance with its employment law litigation.  It is considering using a contract attorney who has REPRESENTED the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in employment related matters.    The attorney will be litigating matters before the MSPB, EEOC and District Courts.  All work is remote, including court conferences and hearings. 
 Please note:
--This federal government agency is requiring experience representing federal agencies.    This position is perfect for a retired federal government attorney who wants supplemental income or for an attorney who has previously worked for the federal government and wants to gain more experience.
--The position is expected to last four to six months and be about about 40 hours per week.
--The attorney can be located outside of the Washington, DC area.
