 Our client's New York office is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in the mechanics of leading a M&A transaction from inception to closing, experience leading due diligence teams, general corporate and corporate governance. Experience with cross-border transactions and representing financial advisors also would be helpful. Must be admitted in New York.
