A growing civil litigation boutique with offices across the country is looking for a seasoned Senior Counsel with first-chair trial experience, preferably in civil litigation, to establish a home office in the South Florida market. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in litigation including insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury defense, and general liability. Candidates must have prior trial experience and some management experience would be ideal. The candidate will work from home with legal support coming from a home office of the firm. Miami Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach locations would be acceptable. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trial attorney to develop a South Florida practice for an innovative and rapidly growing firm.
