The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an AmLaw 50 firm representing borrowers and/or lenders in domestic and international financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, 144A debt offerings, and 4(a)(2) private placements.
