Our client, a national provider of professional liability insurance, has engaged us to identify qualify a senior corporate counsel for their dynamic, in-house legal team. 
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of private practice or in-house counsel experience with a property and casualty liability insurer malpractice.  Candidates should be adept with all aspects of commercial insurance litigation.  The hired attorney will be responsible for an array of in-house counsel responsibilities, including drafting commercial contracts, managing litigation, preparing corporate governance and transactional documents, and advising on key legal and compliance matters.  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability and to be flexible in a fast paced environment, along with an exceptional business acumen and work ethic, are critical for success in this position.
