The ideal candidate will have experience representing developers and investors in the acquisition, construction, and financing of office, retail and mixed-use developments. Experience with creditors' rights and bankruptcy preferred. Candidates must be familiar with negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, sale agreements, and lease agreements.
