A well-respected small law firm that has represented insurers and businesses in Tampa Bay for decades is seeking a civil litigation associate to handle first party property and creditors' rights matters. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sophisticated litigation experience including benefits claims against insurers and real property litigation. Candidates must have strong drafting skills, knowledge of the claims process, and experience working with engineers and other expert witnesses.
