EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ASSOCIATE

We are seeking an associate to join our Employee Benefits practice in Connecticut (preferably in Hartford, but will also consider applicants for the Stamford or New Haven offices). Candidates should have three to six years of employee benefits experience including ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, executive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, 409A, and health and welfare plans, or transferable experience. Experience dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions is considered a plus. Top academic credentials are required, along with strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing ability, and the ability to become admitted to the Connecticut Bar.
