Our client’s Washington, DC office is seeking an M&A associate with 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in either public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions.
Preferred candidates would have experience as a junior associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting ancillary transaction agreements, conducting due diligence and managing the due diligence process, and coordinating internal and client teams in all stages of a strategic transaction. This is not a general corporate role and a successful candidate would be a full-time M&A associate.
