Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an associate in the Corporate Department for a Privacy and Data Security Associate. This position can reside in any of the Firm’s 27 offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with federal, state, and international data privacy laws. Preferably, experience in compliance with new and upcoming privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, SHIELD Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and GDPR), data incident response, HIPAA/HITECH, and an understanding of cybersecurity threats companies face. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
