Junior Attorney for Structured Settlement Work

PH02012021: Temp/PT to Perm/FT: STILL OPEN AND ACCEPTING CANDIDATES AS OFMARCH 4!  Financial concern in Philadelphia Western Suburbs. Our client, which works with structured settlements, seeks a JUNIOR attorney (3-5 years in practice) interested in learning and being trained in structured settlement work. Prior experience with this kind of work is NOT necessary.
This client wishes to train the right attorney in this industry, where the information gathered and the transactions performed are sensitive and confidential in nature. A lot of its structured settlements arise from PI cases.
The right candidate would see about 3 or 4 cases a month and this would grow. Initially the client would want to give the hired Part-Time/Temp attorney a "test case" and then see about ongoing project work. Need a good fit.
The client envisions this assignment as being initially Part-Time/Temp, "as needed." The hope is that the selected candidate would then successfully work into a Full-Time/Permanent attorney position.
Initially this could be a virtual opening. Eventually the client sees the right candidate working on-site if he/she transitions to Full-Time Permanent.
As to the initial Part-Time work, it can be flexible if someone wants to do it "on the side" initially with his/her other work, e.g. could come in/work at night, work it around their work schedule.
Very busy hard working environment. There is an incentive component to this job once/IF the selected candidate comes on-board as a Full-Time Permanent attorney at the concern.
HOW TO APPLY:Please send your RESUME in Word, along with a cover letter outlining how you see yourself fitting this opening. You MUST include a target hourly rate, and it should be on the modest side, befitting a junior position. Please also include your availability to interview and start, and, how many hours PT you can afford.
