Our client, a highly successful residential real estate firm, has engaged TPG to identify a skilled real estate attorney to serve as the head attorney for their new Atlanta office.  The primary responsibilities of the role include: handling high-volume residential real estate transactions from inception through closing, as well as dealing with title issues and encumbrances and interacting frequently with buyers, sellers and lenders.  The successful candidate will also have the desire, gravitas and business acumen to lead the operations for the Atlanta office, with eventual management and hiring responsibilities for the office.
