The United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) and Fuchs Lubricants Co. (“Fuchs”) entered into an April 28th Consent Agreement and Final Order (“CAFO”) addressing alleged violations of the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (“RCRA”) hazardous waste regulations.
