The Financial Services Act 2021 (Commencement No 2) Regulations 2021 (SI 2021/739) have been published. The Regulations set out commencement dates for a number of provisions in the Financial Services Act 2021 (FS Act). Regulation 2 brings into force, on 28 June 2021, paragraphs 10 to 21 of Schedule 12 to the FS Act as they extend to Northern Ireland, dealing with forfeiture powers extended to include accounts held at payment and e-money institutions......
