Our client, a well-established Fortune 100 company, is seeking to hire a Principal Attorney (Corporate Counsel level attorney) to support one of their key global, business units.   The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of legal experience at a leading law firm or technology company. Candidates must have extensive global, commercial contracting experience in enterprise on-premises software and for SaaS, PaaS, cloud, data and analytics, IoT and related services. Substantial experience with global laws relating to cloud, platforming, SaaS and data/privacy matters is essential.
