PERMANENT/FULL-TIME/REMOTE:  Exciting IN-HOUSE opportunity in the construction industry!   A company is seeking a transactional attorney to support its legal team.    The attorney will be reporting to regional counsel but working closely with other in-house counsel.   The attorney will be reviewing and drafting a wide variety of contracts pertaining to the construction industry, including construction contract forms.
Please note that the attorney:
--must have five to ten years experience in construction law, including contracts and claim issues
--must be a member of the bar of one of the following states:   Arizona, California, Georgia, Missouri, New York or Texas
The work is on-site in Dallas, Texas.
