California Securities Law Firm is seeking to fill the following attorney roles: 
1.  Securities Litigation Associates - San Diego. 
The firm requires the services of lawyers who have experience and a strong desire to work in complex securities litigation and shareholder rights. In the role of Associate, lawyers will work on teams with other attorneys to prosecute complex cases involving violations of the federal securities laws. Associates are expected to take leading roles in briefing and arguing motions, document and deposition discovery and client communication and coordinate with colleagues on all aspects of litigation and providing legal advice to clients.  
The perfect candidate will have:

high academic achievement from an ABA-accredited school
strong writing skills (Law Review and/or federal court clerkship a plus)
previous litigation experience in complex and/or class action cases
willingness to work for the leading firm prosecuting securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional and individual investors
California Bar Admission in good standing

 
2.  Mergers & Acquisitions Litigation Attorney - San Diego or San Francisco. 
The firm is seeking an attorney to work with Mergers & Acquisitions, primarily on Corporate Takeover cases. 
Qualifications: 

practicing attorney with 2-5 years of experience
California Bar - able to work in either the firm's San Diego or San Francisco office
experience with business litigation
strong research and writing skills
ability to work both collaboratively and independently
knowledge of federal securities laws
business/finance background helpful
ability to handle day-to-day projects without supervision

Salary commensurate with experience:
$158,000 to $188,000
