An international sports company that holds events worldwide is seeking a corporate counsel with 5-9 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience to work at its Tampa headquarters. The position will include Mergers & Acquisitions and the drafting, negotiation, and review of a wide variety of corporate contracts, agreements, and sponsorships. Ideal candidates will have prior law firm experience and extensive work in M&A, corporate transactional law, compliance, and management of outside litigation counsel. This position includes the option of remote flex work from home a few days a week, and it offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package.
